You ever have the feeling that something good was just around the corner; that if you held on to that feeling tight enough, everything in the world would just fall right into place?
Me too - in fact, I have that feeling right now. I feel good about listing our house today. The agent has several "investors" that she is contacting about it when she returns to the office. While she doubts it will be sold before school starts she's confident that she will get it sold.
We are certainly praying that this will happen sooner than later, but then again - we're hopefully going to start recieving unemployment again now - at least until November... that might get us through this mess!
Looks like things might be looking up for us and we may get out of this town yet!!! I'm ready!
